Orders:

Order Processing:

Once an order is placed, your card will automatically be authorized for the full amount of the order for verification purposes. Please allow 24 business hours for order processing.

Order Updates:

All order statuses, updates, and/or shipping information will be sent via e-mail to the address provided on your order. To ensure delivery of these e-mail updates, please add orders@langstons.com to your approved contact list.

Backorders:

Current, out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and you will receive an email with an order update within 24 business hours of order placement. During your wait we will continue to keep you updated as to any status changes to your order via email. Once the order has been completed you will be charged and notified of the shipment via email.

Discontinued Items:

We strive to keep our discontinued inventory information up-to-date. In the event your order contains a discontinued item that we cannot ship, you will be notified via e-mail within 24 business hours and given the chance to select a new item, or cancel that item and not be charged.

Direct Shipments:

On backordered goods, sometimes we can fulfill your order faster by having a manufacturer ship directly to you. We will notify you via e-mail within 24 business hours if your item will be shipped directly. Please allow additional time for shipment or status information from the manufacturer.

Ship to Store:

For our local customers convenience we do offer a Ship to Store option. Simply choose the store location that suits your needs and the items will sent to that location for pick up. We will notify you via e-mail within 24 business hours of your order status. And once your order has been completed, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

International Orders:

At this time we cannot accept orders for shipping outside of the United States and it's territories. Although we can ship to U.S. territories, we do require all credit cards to have a verifiable billing address in the United States.

Shipping Carriers:

We currently ship orders using the United States Postal Service and UPS. Once we receive your order, we carefully select the carrier that is best suited to get your package to you as fast as possible. And you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order has been packaged for shipment.

Shipping Times and Cost:

Below, you will find our shipping costs and the estimated delivery times once your package leaves our facility. Please be aware that these shipping times do not include order processing times, weekends, holidays, and these estimates could be affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods:

All Standard, Upgraded, and Express shipping methods are available to APO and FPO addresses and addresses within the contiguous 48 States. And for the following states and territories: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands, we offer Upgraded or Express Shipping methods.

Free Shipping:

We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping to all qualifying orders over $99. To qualify, your order must total at least $99 before taxes and have a deliverable address in the contiguous 48 States.

Of course, we support our military personnel abroad, so we also offer Free Shipping Over $99 to all APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping Holidays:

Please consult the following table to see if USPS or UPS is closed on the selected holiday. This could affect package pickup from our warehouse, or transit times for packages that have already been shipped.
