We are glad you chose Langston's, but if you are not 100% satisfied with items you ordered, we want to make your return or exchange as quick and painless as possible. 

Return Policy:

Items may be returned within 90 days of delivery. We just ask that that all items be returned in the original brand-new unaltered condition they were received in, including original packaging, accessories, and all its original tags still attached.

For your convenience we are able to provide a printable return shipping label via email for the cost of $8.95, you may return items in store with a printed copy of your receipt, or you are more than welcome to ship the item back using the prepaid shipping method of your choice.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment based on the price paid, excluding shipping, which is not refundable. 

Request a Label:

Please Click here to request a printable Return label, the cost of these labels is $8.95, which is deducted from your return request once the item arrives to our warehouse.

Return labels are e-mailed out to you within 24 business hours and you would just print that out, and follow the steps below to complete your return or exchange.

Packaging Your Return:

Simply read, fill out, and sign the return and exchange form, located on the back side of the packing slip, or you may print out a new one here.

Make sure the items are in brand-new original condition (clean, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags still attached, original packaging and accessories, and with no visible signs of wear) 

Place the item(s) along with the return form inside adequate shipping packaging, and return. Please note: Merchandise Boxes returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them will result in a restocking fee.

Returns Processing:

All returns are handled in a first come first serve manner. You will be updated via email indicating the status of your return when your request has been inspected and processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks from receipt for processing.
